Complete the information below to register for the workshop sessions. Descriptions of the workshops offered as part of the Boston AIDS Information Outreach Project are available at http://med-libwww.bu.edu/library/workshopshivaids.html.

After completing the form, click on the SUBMIT REQUEST button to send your registration to the library.

A librarian will contact you to confirm your reservation, and to provide directions to the library and information about public transportation or parking.

All workshops are offered free-of-charge.

Please note that all workshops will begin promtly at the scheduled times. Participants should allow an extra 20-30 minutes to their estimated travel time in order to provide extra time for parking or finding the Library building.

Please note that reservations are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Under normal circumstances, registration requests will be accepted no later than one week prior to the scheduled class date.
