As we move further down the screen, we see other useful options of The Body Web site:
4. The Body links to the CDC's News Updates so that users can keep abreast of recent news and legislation.
5. Another important feature of any good Web site is a clear mission statement and privacy policy. Notice on the screen below that these are prominently displayed on The Body's home page.
A mission statement tells users about the organization and Web site's goals, agenda, members, and intended audience.
The privacy policy lets users know the organization and Web site's policies about privacy and confidentiality. It is important to most Web users that they remain anonymous, and that Web sites are secure. (Additional information about Privacy and Confidentiality on the Web is included in Section 4 of this tutorial.)
6. The Body Web site also offers a bulletin board. Bulletin Boards are like message centers, where users can communicate -- asking questions, and posting answers or comments. You can browse through the collection of Bulletin Board messages, or post your own question or comment.
