SECTION 2: STRATEGIES FOR LOCATING RELIABLE HIV/AIDS INFORMATION ON THE WEB

AEGIS -- AIDS Education Global Information System

4. This is the AEGIS Key Topics screen. Notice that the index is organized by CATEGORY. Browse through the categories, making your selection to go to links and collections.

5. Another option on the Navigation Bar or Menu is the Fact Sheets category. While the "Key Topics" section contains links to quality-filtered HIV/AIDS sites, the Fact Sheets option contains fact sheets. Fact Sheets are usually short, to-the-point, and easy to read.

6. A third option for finding information is through the Publications menu. This option provides a list of official publications (not fact sheets, not links) about HIV/AIDS.
