COUNTRY CODE TOP LEVEL DOMAINS (ccTLD)

Two letter domains are called Country Code Top Level Domains (ccTLD), and correspond to a country, territory, or other geographic location outside of the United States.

For example, if we were looking for news in England, we might go to the BBC site:
www.bbc.co.uk

Below are a few country code top level domains:

.ca	=
.jp	=
