You have two decision to make on this screen.

The first decision is whether to EXPLODE. We'll learn more about EXPLODE later, so you can leave this checkbox empty for now.

The second decision is whether to FOCUS.

Focusing your search will allow you to retrieve only those citations for which estrogen replacment therapy is a major subject, main point, or major focus of the articles. Focusing your search will give you fewer articles, but they will all emphasize the subject. In this case, let's FOCUS to retrieve only those articles where the search term is emphasized.

Click on the FOCUS checkbox next to the estrogen replacement therapy term.

Then, click on the CONTINUE button to go to the next step of the search.
