SELECTING THE BEST SEARCH TERMS

Many searchers begin with key words or text words, which are words that appear in the TITLES and ABSTRACTS of articles.

Text word searching is also called "keyword searching" or "natural language searching" or "free text searching".

Notice in the citation below that text word searching would retrieve any of the Title or Abstract words:
