Which database should you choose?

As you can see from the list below the BUMC MEDLINE Plus/OVID system provides access to serveral EBM related databases.

MEDLINE is available in a variety of options, based on which time periods are most relevant to your topic. You should probably begin with one of the more current time periods, such as Ovid MEDLINE(R) 1996 to the present.

Later, the tutorial will demonstrate how to limit your MEDLINE search to the EBM options so that you can incorporate into your search the relevant materials from all of the EBM databases listed here.
