There are two methods for using the Early Bird application to choose your BU login name and Kerberos password and apply for your ACS e-mail account; the end result is the same.
- If you received an Early Bird flyer, use the access code printed on the front of the flyer:

Renew
Your BU login name must be renewed after you arrive on campus for the start of the semester.
- Early Bird renewal begins at the end of August
- Unrenewed accounts will be disabled the last week of September
You will need to change your Kerberos password between the last Monday in August and the last Monday in September. Click here to renew your Early Bird account and follow the password change instructions. You will then be required to show your BU ID to Computer Lab Staff for approval at the Alumni Medical Library at 715 Albany Street, 11th floor.
